He is called Horace and is made out of a soft denim fabric.

Horace is handmade and stuffed with a non-allergenic polyester filing which conforms to Cleanliness B.S.1425 Fire safety B.S.5852. It is a suitable component of articles requiring BS 5665 and the European standard EN71 also those required to carry the CE logo.
He is 5" (12.5 cms) tall by 9" (22.5cms)
Although Horace is made and finished to a high standard he is intended for use as a decorative and/ or collectable item not as a children's toy.
